ALI is a community and professional program dedicated to empowering Asian American students by connecting them with successful Asian American professionals. Our goal is to cultivate leadership, bridge generational gaps, and provide a supportive network for personal and professional growth.

ALI provides a unique platform for Asian American students to engage with seasoned professionals, attend leadership workshops, and build a strong, supportive network. Our programs emphasize identity, representation, and empowerment to foster a new generation of Asian American leaders.

Our core programs include one-on-one mentorship, networking events, leadership summits, and panel discussions with industry leaders. Each program is designed to provide participants with insights, resources, and opportunities to enhance their personal and professional development. Each participant is paired with a mentor based on shared interests, career goals, and personal identity. Mentors provide guidance, advice, and support to help students navigate the finance recruitment process. Each cycle of the mentorship program runs for a semester, but the relationships participants form extend far beyond this period. For more information, please refer to the AFF page.

At the moment, our mentorship program is for students and mentors who are interested in the finance sector. However, we are commited to expanding our program to provide mentorship across multiple fields, catering to the interests and aspirations of all our members, so please reach out to us if you are a professional in a different field who is interested in becoming a mentor.
