About Celadon Capital
The Fund
Celadon Capital is a student-managed investment fund run under Asian Leadership Initiative. We target fast-growing, high-conviction companies through disciplined, bottom-up stock selection process. Our work centers on fundamental research, high-quality growth drivers, and secular themes.

New Analyst Education
Designed to teach investing from the group up, the program does not require any prior experience. All undergraduate students welcome. Our interest form opens in Fall, and our weekly lectures will be held until Winter, when we have an exam and pitch to quality for full membership.

Our Investment Philosophy
Long-only and Emerging Markets
01
Long-only
Concentrated long-only positions in US-listed equities, held over a multi-year horizon. The fund does not use leverage or short selling.
02
Emerging markets
Exposure is defined by where a company earns its revenue and growth, not where it is headquartered, with an emphasis on emerging markets.
03
Fundamental research
Every position rests on bottom-up analysis of business quality, growth drivers, and valuation, including currency and regulatory risk.
04
Nonprofit
Celadon operates as a nonprofit fund under Asian Leadership Initiative.
