Our Mission

ALI Penn was founded to empower AAPI students at University of Pennsylvania to break through barriers and build meaningful careers in competitive industries. Situated at one of the world's top research universities in the heart of Philadelphia, the chapter connects students directly to a network of accomplished Asian American professionals across finance, technology, law, and beyond. Through speaker events, one-on-one mentorship, and professional development programming, ALI Penn equips the next generation of AAPI leaders with the tools, relationships, and confidence to make a lasting impact in their fields and communities.
