Breaking the Bamboo Ceiling: Asian American Leaders in Finance

Before Thanksgiving break, we were honored to co-host an evening of connection, collaboration, and inspiration with The Asian American Foundation. Students and professionals from various industries came together to build meaningful networks and discuss the unique opportunities and challenges faced by the AAPI community.

The event featured a moderated Q & A with Young J. Lee (Co-President of Audax Private Equity), Michael Choe (CEO of Charlesbank Capital Partners), and Steve Ko (Co-founder of Baypine). Afterwards, students were able to enjoy hors d’oeuvres while networking with AAPI professionals from Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Bank of America, Audax Private Equity, Charlesbank Capital, Baypine, Fidelity, TA Associates, Piper Sandler, Lazard, Jeffries, State Street, Wellington, Bain, BCG, Cue Ball Capital, EY, PTC, Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Wayfair, and the Boston Red Sox Organization.
